Planning your Earlestown event

Make announcements part of the occasion

If your Earlestown party includes a special welcome, award or anniversary toast, tell us who will speak and when. A useful entertainment brief names the moment, its place in the evening and any music associated with it. This reduces the number of last-minute decisions needed on the night.

Consider whether your guests should be seated, gathered near the dance floor or arriving during the announcement. Discuss that sequence alongside the venue's timings and the DJ performance hours. Include names or pronunciations privately when arranging the event; the public date enquiry only needs enough detail to start that conversation.

A quote for your venue and timings

For wedding DJ hire: Includes sound and lighting. Your quote depends on location and performance hours. Include your first dance and reception schedule. For a birthday or private party, tell us the occasion and music you enjoy. A company event may also need a brief for presentations and announcements. Send your requirements so the arrangements and cost can be confirmed for your event.
