Planning your Didsbury event

Balance a dinner atmosphere with a lively finish

For a Didsbury event that starts with dining, explain when you want background music to give way to a more energetic set. Let us know whether guests remain in the same room and whether speeches or a presentation fall between those stages. The transition can be discussed as part of your music brief.

Choose a few reference artists or songs for each part of the evening, rather than assuming one style has to run throughout. Add anything you prefer not to hear. If the room is shared with another part of the venue, pass on the venue's confirmed sound instructions and the planned finish before the quote is agreed.

A quote for your venue and timings

For wedding DJ hire: Includes sound and lighting. Your quote depends on location and performance hours. Include your first dance and reception schedule. For a birthday or private party, tell us the occasion and music you enjoy. A company event may also need a brief for presentations and announcements. Send your requirements so the arrangements and cost can be confirmed for your event.
