DJ hire in
Bolton.

Planning your Bolton event

Give a larger guest list a useful music brief

For your Bolton celebration, a guest count helps describe the scale of the event, but it does not explain what people enjoy. Include the occasion, the age mix and a few music preferences when you enquire. If different groups are arriving at different times, add that to the evening outline.

Avoid assuming the same equipment arrangement will suit every function space. Give the room name, venue postcode and any information the venue has supplied about sound, power or access. A DJ quotation should be discussed against those practical details and your requested performance hours, with any extra hire items identified before you make your decision.

A quote for your venue and timings

For wedding DJ hire: Includes sound and lighting. Your quote depends on location and performance hours. Include your first dance and reception schedule. For a birthday or private party, tell us the occasion and music you enjoy. A company event may also need a brief for presentations and announcements. Send your requirements so the arrangements and cost can be confirmed for your event.
